Ground Game Theory (GGT) is a no-gi jiu jitsu gym in Miami for adults and kids. We make jiu jitsu simpler to understand and easier to apply at every level, from complete beginners to world-ranked submission grapplers.

GGT rejects the one-right-way approach favored by traditionalists who chase "optimal" techniques. Martial arts are living systems with variable, dynamic feedback.
Instead, we use a live, problem-solving approach to jiu jitsu that helps students recognize opportunities and make better decisions under pressure.
Our goal is to help students become adaptable martial artists. This is a gym for people who want substance over theater, progress over ego, and training that makes sense.
